Yoga is a journey of the body, mind and spirit. It is a science that incorporates a broad range of practices and techniques.
Inspired by the landscape, elements, animals, birds and plants yogis developed asanas (postures) and pranyama (breathwork) to enhance a deep practise of meditation. This allows the yogi to connect to the inner self, eventually reaching the goal of connecting to the higher self , thereby reaching a state of grace.
