I really enjoyed your yoga class for back and spine. I have only recently re-acquainted myself with my core and gluts having lost them after 3 pregnancies 20 years ago! This loss has had adverse effects on my lower back. But what I found with the class was that the poses made me engage my core, gluts and quads (which I definitely noticed the next morning!!!), and most importantly, my lower back felt more strengthened and naturally supported.

I am now armed with a selection of poses to benefit my back and from now on it’s up to me to self improve but I would definitely attend a similar class in the future. Catherine Field

I find the yoga really aids digestion and balance in the body – I feel better than I have in years. There is a lovely mixture of stretching and the steady development of new positions, always with a sense of noticing your own body and what feels right for you.
